It is important to me that my customers understand the complexity of the work involved in designing. There's a lot of misconception surrounding Design, in part because of the lack of professionalism and seriousness of some designers.

Graphic Design is, in a strong way, art applied to a goal/function.
So the graphic designer is not only an artist of some sort, but he also has to be able to apply his talent into achieving a specific result. And this is where all the knowledge of Marketing becomes essential.

I've tried to simplify the words that are used to explain these concepts, because generally people use unnecessary fancy and formal ones on their descriptions.
